FITeval contains a unique function which allows you unlimited scope to create your own tests, calculation methods, questionnaires and norms.

FITeval allows users to define and modify measurements used in order to obtain the final result from the range of tests offered.

FITeval makes it possible to determine methods using measurements as well as many other factors (age, sex, body mass, etc).

FITeval allows all the parameters from metabolic and progressive tests (number of thresholds, oxygen used for each threshold, speed, etc ) to be modified.

FITeval facilitates the creation of tests produced from the results of two or more other tests. To simplify their use, the tests are grouped in banks. Moreover, FITeval's flexibility makes it possible to produce test banks which target a specific group of people.

FITeval offers you a selection of 70 of the most widely used tests and measurements. New tests, protocols and questionnaires can easily be added at any time.

People groups and norms

FITeval provides your tests with the norms recommended by the 'American College of Sports Medicine' (ACSM) and the Société Canadienne de Physiologie de l'Exercice (SCPE - Canadian Society of Sports Physiology) for evaluating the general population of North America (16 - 69 years old).

FITeval can also be adapted to your needs, allowing you to:

• Add an unlimited number of people groups.
• Define new age groups.
• Insert your own norms for each test.
• Compare individual results with those obtained by a specific group.

Questionnaires

When you use the FITeval software for the first time, three questionnaires are proposed : the Questionnaire on Participation in Physical Activity, the Questionnaire on Aptitude for Physical Activity from the Société Canadienne de Physiologie de l'Exercice (CPAFLA - 2nd édition) and the Framingham Questionnaire on evaluating the risks of cardiovascular illnesses. Moreover, FITeval offers you the possibility of adding your own questionnaires, and defining your questions and answers, as well as the scores for each reply.

The evaluation function is not available for FITeval Training.
