Although we have taken great care to create an attractive, logical and easy-to-use interface, FITeval software is technical software, not 'a ready-made recipe', and requires a minimum of technical knowledge in the areas of physical fitness evaluation and training programme planning. FITeval software is high-level software for users who will make their own decisions regarding the evaluation tests, training methods and exercises they will user.
