8. Computer and network interference

You undertake not to use viruses or any other application likely to damage or interfere with the functioning of our material or software, or that of our users.

Extracts from articles 462-2 et 464-7 of the Godfrain law : " Anyone who gains fraudulent access to or fails to exit all or part of an automatic data handling system will be punishable by two months' to one year's imprisonment and a fine of between 305 and 7623 Euros... When there is a resultant deletion or modification of data... the punishment will be between two months and two year's imprisonment and a fine of between 153000 and 1525000 Euros. Attempts to commit offences detailed in articles 462-2 à 462-6 are subject to the same punishment as the offence itself" .
