BMS	Enters the subject's body weight
AG	Enters the subject's age

WLOADA	Enters workload A associated with each effort threshold
WLOADB	Enters workload B associated with each effort threshold
maxhr	Enters the highest heart rate obtained in a progressive test

• Overload principle : Concept of progressively applying a progressive but greater than normal physical stress in order to force the body to adapt to and develop a training effect. A normal amount of physical stress will maintain the current fitness level.
