FITeval makes it easy to visualise the
content of your training sessions by attributing a colour to each of the desired
physical qualities. In this way, you can quickly analyse the content of your
plan and modify accordingly.
FITeval automatically calculates overload
parameters and displays graphically the intensity, volume and difficulty of
each of your sessions.
Creating
- Training programmes comprising an
unlimited number of sessions and weeks.
- The number of sessions desired per
day (parameters can be set and modified at any time).
- Your own training parameters, using
the many indicators of physical condition available (ex. : maximum strength,
stamina, aerobics, suppleness, etc.).
Displaying
- Date, length, volume, intensity
and difficulty of the sessions.
- Percentage of time dedicated to each
component.
- Training plan over 3 or 12 months.
- Selection of sessions according
to day, week, type of exercise.
- Training time dedicated to each component.
Calculating and
generating
- Overload parameters (series, repetition,
recuperation, etc.) suited to each session and training objective.

The plan function is not available for FITeval testing.
