  • Relative intensity percentage : value corresponding to a percentage selected from a target intensity (eg: 75% of 5MR)..

  • Relative strength : maximum strength of a person divided by his body weight. For the same level of maximum strength, a person who has the greatest body weight will have a greater relative strength.

  • Resting H.R. : heart rate of a person at complete rest (waking up in the morning). A high resting heart rate in a person in training means that this person needs rest. Resting heart rate lowers with stamina training (bradycardic).
