Features

FITeval, sport software, has a unique feature which allows you unlimited range to create your own tests, formulas, calculations methods, questionnaires and norms.

FITeval, assessment sofware, allows users to define and modify the measures used to obtain the final results of all the proposed tests.

FITeval, medical and physical center software, makes it possible to create formulas using measurements as well as many other factors (age, sex, body mass, etc.)..

FITeval, health preservation software, allows modification of all parameters of metabolic and progressive tests (number of levels, cost of oxygen corresponding to each range, speed, etc..) to be modified.

FITeval, personal trainer software, facilitates the creation of test whose product is a function of results of two or more tests. To simplify their use, tests are grouped into batteries. More flexibility FITeval allows the manufacture of battery of tests for a particular population.

FITeval, personal trainer software, facilitates the creation of tests produced from the results of two or more other tests. To simplify their use, the tests are grouped in banks. Moreover, FITeval’s flexibility makes it possible to produce test banks which target a specific group of people

FITeval, our healthcare and sport assessment software, allows you to add four types of tests :

  1. Tests needing a single measurement, such as body weight or a standing long jump.
  2. Tests needing several measurements, such as skin folds or body mass index.
  3. Progressive tests, such as the 20m shuttle race or the progressive running-machine test.
  4. Questionnaires, such as the participation in physical activity questionnaire.

Test Library

FITeval
, assessment software, offers a selection of over 70 tests and measures commonly used.
New tests, protocols and questionnaires can be easily added at any time to the library.

Populations and standards

FITeval, fitness software, provides your tests with the norms recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).

FITeval, sport software, can also be adapted to your needs, allowing you to :

  • Add an unlimited groups and people into groups.
  • Define new age groups.
  • Include your own standards for each test.
  • Compare individual results to those obtained by a specific population.

Questionnaires

When you use the FITeval assessment software for the first time, you are given three questionnaires :

  • Physical Activity of Participation Questionnaire.

  • Questionnaire of Canadian physical Activity, Fitness and Lifestyle Approach (CPAFLA - 2nd edition) developped by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).
  • Framingham  Assessment Questionnaire of risk factors for cardiovascular disease

Moreover FITeval allows you to add your own questionnaires, define your questions, answers, and the score associated with each response.

*The evaluation function is not available in Fiteval Training our sport training software

FITeval, sport software, proposes a planning module which facilitates the construction and management of your training at any performance level for your athletes or clients.

  •  Important events.
  •  Exercises and competitions.
  •  Recovery periods.
  •  Objectives of the training plan.
  •  Objectives for each session

FITeval, sport training sofware, helps viewing the content of your sessions by associating a color to each physical quality solicited. So you can quickly scan the contents of the plan and make changes.

FITeval, sport and physical preparation software, automatically calculates the parameters of overload and shows you a graph : intensity, volume and the relative difficulty of each of your sessions.

Create

  • Training plans with an unlimited number of sessions and weeks.
  • The number of sessions you want each day (editable and configurable at any time).
  • Personalised settings through the multiple components of fitness are available (eg, maximum strength, aerobic endurance, flexibility, etc..).

View
  •  The date, time, volume, intensity and difficulty of the sessions.
  •  The relative percentage of time devoted to each component.
  •  The 3 or 12 months  training plan.
  •  Traning sessions per day, week, name of exercise.
  •  The training time devoted to each component.
Calculate and generate

  • The workload parameters (sets, repetitions, recovery, etc..) adapted to each session and each training goal.
  • The content of the training sessions.
  • FITeval, personal trainer software, allows you, once the sessions are generated, to refine their content and manually edit the settings for each session.

* The function "PLAN" is not available in FITeval Testing, our assessment sofware , ,

FITeval, sport and health prevention software, is the indispensable tool for professional physical trainers who wish to create their clients exercise sessions or send them by e-mail.

FITeval, sport training software, contains a library of over 450 illustrated exercises which can be integrated at any time into a typical training session. An unlimited number of training session models can be created. Exercises can be added to the library at any time.

Each training session model can contain an unlimited number of exercises, and can be printed simply and quickly, without having to create a training plan.

This function is not available in Fiteval Testing our assessment/evaluation software.

Prevention of overtraining,
monitoring athletes and managing the worload.

FITeval, health care prevention software, uses a method perfected by Carl Foster of the Milwaukee Heart Institute (WI, USA). It is recognised by top specialists and allows you to detect the first signs of overtraining, and prevent your athletes from falling victim to its harmful effects.
Overtraining has numerous repercussions on health : diminishing performance, general fatigue, injuries, infections, discouragement, giving in to the risk of doping…

FITeval, sport and physical preparation software, therefore offers the coaching team (doctor, physiotherapist, trainers) a method which allows the athlete to be individually and thoroughly monitored on a weekly basis. It is more effective than blood tests, which can be only carried out only at fairly lengthy intervals. It is simpler to use than monitoring by markers in the immune system, a process which remains complex, onerous and unrecognised. It makes it possible to quantify the workload imposed on an athlete (or a group of athletes) and their ability to recuperate, whatever the activity.

FITeval, sport software, simplifies and promotes the use of this monitoring technique which draws upon not only a subjective perception on the part of the athletes concerning the difficulty of a training session, but also the length of the session. A set of statistics, reports and graphs makes it easier to read the information and thus increases the effectiveness of this overtraining prevention system. FITeval provides the monitoring team with the means of analysing and communicating regularly those signs which will help to optimise training, improve motivation and prevent the many problems connected with overtraining.

To find out more about the different ways of quantifying workload and preventing overtraining, there is an excellent article currently available on the site web site http://www.savoir-sport.org/, a Franco-Canadian web site presented by INSEP and INFE.

Fiteval simplifies and records

Fiteval, overtraining prevention software, makes your task simpler because, once the sessions have been recorded, the volume, intensity and workload of each exercise are saved and displayed in a graph.

Fiteval, personal trainer software, records the difficulty of an exercise as perceived by the athletes during the activity and compares it with any other parameter of the training load (volume, intensity etc). Thanks to this system, you will be able to measure the impact of each session on the athletes’s body and make the necessary modifications to optimise your training plan.

FITeval calculates and counts

  • Total volume of work (series, repetitions).
  • Total intensity (sets, repetitions, intensity) for each exercise.
  • Sets, repetitions, intensity even for hybrid sets.

FITeval calculates and compares

  • The intensity and volume for each exercise.
  • The percentage related to each training task.
  • The difficulty, as perceived by the athlete during training.
